It has 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed, and one with single beds, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, and a terrace with a wooden pergola. There is a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, satellite TV, mini Hi-Fi stereo, large fireplace, a small wine bar that offers selected white wines of original Dalmatian varieties. There is also a handmade sofa that can become a comfortable single bed. There are ceiling fans in the kitchen and in the bedrooms that ensure cooling in the summer heat. Around the whole house is a garden with authentic Dalmatian olive varieties are planted, surrounded by a stone wall. The terrace provides a beautiful view over the valley and the bay, and it features a wooden table, deck chairs, umbrellas and clay pots with flowers. Despite the fact that the property has no external electric energy and water the house is very much advanced and fully functional. The energy is gained through solar panels, and the electricity is sufficient for normal functioning of the house. The hot water gets through a solar boiler with a capacity of 100 liters. Water is drinkable rainwater collected in a water tank. The object offers free Wi-Fi.
