Villa has an indoor area of 120 square meters and 40 square meters of terraces and has two floors. In total there are two double bedrooms, studio apartment, 3 bathrooms and is suitable for 6 guests + 2 which can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa in the living room area.

The first floor has a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room. In the living room, there is a big sofa which can be converted into a double bed for 2 guests. In one corner there is a utility room with washing machine.

Stepping out from the first floor you are on the terrace furnished with teak chairs and table for 8 people next to a cozy barbecue. Even more relaxing is comfortable rattan sofa set. Stairs lead to the lower level of the terrace where there’s a swimming pool with “built-in” Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, deck chairs, and umbrellas.
