It is located close to a small town called Vinisce in Middle Dalmatia. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that has a lovely feel with a homely atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life this is the place to choose.

This modernly furnished home can accommodate 12 persons in 6 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms in the house as well as a kitchen on each floor. Three bedrooms have a double bed in each room and the other three bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room.

The property has a swimming pool and an outside shower at the ground floor in the yard with a beautiful sea view. Parking for 5 cars is provided behind the villa. A great place for a BBQ and socializing with your family and friends is provided in the outside grill area on the ground floor that provides a seating area for 10-12 persons. Each floor has outside balcony furniture which is a great place to unwind and relax while reading your favorite book or simply enjoying a refreshing drink. The middle floor of the villa has an outside grill as well which is usually used by the top and middle floors to prepare grilled meat, fish and/or veggies for lunch or dinner.
