As the villa is situated on a hillside, from each room, and from the large terrace there are great views of the Mediterranean Sea, its surrounding islands and lavish Dalmatian countryside.

Located at the foot of the hillside is the Radisson Blue Spa and Resort.

Villa has seven bedrooms, 4+1 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, balconies & terraces. Kitchen is fully equipped which includes dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a full assortment of cooking utensils, plates, cups, silverware, etc.

On the first floor are three spacious double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, queen size beds and large wardrobe rooms. All three rooms lead out to a terrace with fabulous sea/island views/seating area.

One bedroom is with 2 twin beds and garden view.
One bedroom is with daybed and trundle with swimming pool view.

Each room has its own heating and cooling units.

The main floor has an entrance hall, a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliance, 4 people seating island, spacious dining room seating for 10 guests, large family room and living room combo with wood burning and fireplace, flat screen TV, guest bathroom and spacious covered patio with breathtaking sea and islands view.

The second floor houses the Penthouse Suite. It has an open floor plan with a king size bed with sea view, living area with sofa and coffee table. Large modern bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower can be found on this floor. The bedroom is equipped with queen size bed and walk-in wardrobe closet and 2 balconies offer a birds-eye view on the sea and the surrounding islands including a pool view. Each room has its own heating and cooling units.

Outdoor guests will find a private terraced swimming pool with sunbeds all overlooking the sea. Rustic roofed pavilion outdoor kitchen is located near the pool area, with an outdoor fireplace / BBQ pit, and dining table for 14 people.

Spacious pergola area is covered with grapevines all with astonishing views, excellent for relaxation and unwinding.

This villa is perfect for a large family or group of friends who want an elegant place to stay which allows them to explore this popular area of Croatia. Car hire is recommended as there are no amenities within walking distance. However, it is possible to take a taxi to/from Old Town at a cost of about 35 EUR each way for up to 6 people, or 60 EUR each way for 7-10 people. The famous Old town of Dubrovnik can be reached within a 20-minute drive from the villa.

Parking place is available for two cars.
