These two floors set out on 145 square meters, loacted only 400 meters from the sea and giving a spectacular panoramic sea view. On the ground floor, you can find a living room, a kitchen, dining room, one bedroom with en suite bathroom ( with a shower cabin) and a small toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, device for filter coffee, kettle, dish washer and so on).
There is a washing machine in the small toilet, and in the living room, there is a tv with satelite programmes, as well as BOSE wireless sound speaker.
From the living room you can go out to the terrace, where a wonderful swimming pool awaits, with the size of 27 meters square, perfect for summer refreshments.
Next to the swimming pool, there is also an outside solar shower as well as a fireplace.
The terrace has lounge furniture and sun beds, loungers. There are stairs that connect the ground and the upper floor. On the upper floor you can find two bedrooms, both of which have their own bathroom with a shower cabin. Both rooms also have an entrance to the terrace on the upper floor which also has some lounge furniture.
There is air conditioning through out the haouse, private parking provided and free WI-FI in the entire house.
