While the property was being renovated in 2005, every effort was made to preserve the original spirit and feel of the house. Therefore this is not just another impersonal house for rent. It has that feel of a “home away from home”, ideal for the discerning traveler who seeks an authentic holiday experience.
This property is most suitable for families and groups of friends who are looking for a location offering peace and privacy. It is also a perfect place for nature lovers, be they birdwatchers or simply walkers who enjoy breathing unpolluted air, scented with the perfumes of the Mediterranean flora.

The Villa has 6 terraces where you can enjoy the view and the fresh air.

The villa is approached along a country road, through a gated entrance into the driveway which sits in front of the villa. Guest can park their car here and enter the villa up a short flight of steps into a large lounge with an open doorway into a modern kitchen. There are a separate shower room and twin bedroom on this level. The first floor is accessed via a staircase located in the lounge. On this upper level, there are 2 further twin rooms and a family bathroom. There is also a guest house with a suit that has a double bed and one single bed. The Villa has two fully equipped kitchens.

Car hire is recommended. A small beach is located 20 minutes by foot, less than 5 minutes by car. The walk to the beach is not suitable for those clients experiencing walking difficulties as the last part of the walk is a gradual descent down to the beach. Bigger beaches are available at Cavtat 10kms away. Attractions within the region include the historic towns of Dubrovnik and Cavtat, excursions to offshore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite island. A little further afield, day trips to Montenegro and Mostar are also possible and worth a visit.
