It is positioned in a quiet location provided with sun and shade throughout the day and guarantees your privacy. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from here, and it is located only 200 meters from the sea. If you are a little bit more adventurous and want to have active holidays, this is also a perfect place for you, because this island offers numerous activities for everyone, like diving, hiking, sailing, numerous watersports, exploring nearby caves, and the world-famous Blue and Green cave. The nearest restaurant is 200 meters from the villa where you can enjoy local gastronomic specialties and excellent wine. The closest supermarket is 2 km away. Gas station, sports center, tennis court, ATMs and money exchange, dentist, pharmacy, fish market, ambulance, and doctor are 10 km away. The town of Vis is 10 km from here, and it is connected with mainland with ferry and catamaran connections.

This charming, comfortable house can accommodate up to 9 persons. The villa consists of 2 units. The first unit has a living room, dining room, and a kitchen in the same area, full of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. There is a fireplace in the living area, and LCD TV, DVD player, sofa, chairs, dining table, etc. It has access to the spacious terrace overlooking the sea. Rest of the house has 4 bedrooms, two of the rooms have double beds, the third room has a single bed, and the fourth room has three beds that have the ability to connect. There are 2 bathrooms. One is equipped with bath, shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, towels, changing table for small babies, and the smaller bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, sink, and towels. The bedrooms and bathrooms are connected with living and dining area with a hall. The second unit of the villa has a bedroom with two beds, one double and one single. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink, washing machine and towels. There is a mini-kitchen equipped with stove and refrigerator and a dining table. The door from the kitchen leads to a large closed terrace that is south-oriented and full of light, overlooking the sea. There is a barbecue area within the inner terrace. The villa has a beautiful, outdoor swimming pool located on the outdoor terrace. Within the pool is an outdoor Whirlpool for 8 people. The pool is surrounded with deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor solar shower, and outdoor seating where you can relax during the day and night. The garden is full of Mediterranean plants that make a true green oasis. The whole place is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, and secure parking for 4 cars.

There is a family farm standing on the neighboring lot, where there are goats, and where is produced cheese, honey, oil, wine and other organic products available for purchase. If you or your children are animal lovers you are free to come and greet them.

It has a luxury and comfortable apartments and great outdoor space which leads right to the sea. It consists of four separate apartments and it is rented as a whole.  The total amount of bedrooms is 9 (18 persons), 8 bathrooms. It is positioned right next to the sea. The nearest shop is only 50 m away. It is fully equipped and has air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Villa was completely renovated in 2017 and it was used for the filming crew while filming the movie Mamma mia 2. Apartment 1 (8 people) This four-bedroom apartment is situated on 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a dining area, and a large seafront terrace with outdoor sitting, lounge chairs. This is the only apartment in the villa that has direct access to the sea over the terrace! A staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a master bedroom with a balcony offering spectacular sea views, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a toilet. The view from each room is fabulous. Seaview cozy apartment consists of one bedroom, kitchen and living room and a bathroom. HotSpot Wireless is available to use but can be used in agreement with the owners. Apartment is fully equipped, in the kitchen there is everything needed for a meal preparation such as dishes, stove, cooker, microwave and sink. In front of this stone villa there is a kitchen with a fireplace and a lounge idyllic for Mediterranean nights.

The ground floor of this house consists two bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 single bed and 1 double bed. On the first floor you will find a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, sofa bed and a terrace with a sea view. It is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessities like refrigerator, BBQ facilities, oven, washing machine. The villa offers 2 bicycles to the guests.
