Villa consists of 4 apartments and it’s rented only as the whole villa, providing its guest’s total privacy and relaxation, whether it is a group of friends or a family with children.

Luxury sea view villa with pool for rent, Sutivan is a beautiful property that can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms plus additional 1 child on the extra bed. Villa is located in a quiet location in Sutivan, only 100 meters from the beach. Town center with restaurants, bars, tourist office, shops, exchange office etc. is located only 800 meters from the villa.

Each of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom (shampoo and soap supplied, hair dryer, large, medium and small towels). Two bedrooms have double beds and a sea view while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with smart Sat TV. There is an additional baby crib available for children up to 4 years.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with various appliances for a comfortable stay: breakfast table with two bistro chairs, high-quality Miele kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hub, oven, microwave, bread baker, coffee machine, blender, mixer, juice maker and all necessary tableware and glassware and utensils.
