Moving to the outside area of the property you will find the stone infinity pool with stunning views over its horizon edge to the turquoise bay and mountains beyond. The pool has four infinity edges and an endless swimming jet. Surrounding the swimming pool there are plenty of sun loungers for you to enjoy a lazy day in the sun. Being a waterfront property, the villa is perfect for fishing fans who can relax and enjoy fishing from the jetty. The dining terrace has fabulous views of the mountain range in the evening making it the ideal spot to dine on the days catch.

The villa is ideally located for exploring the beaches and islands of the Dalmatian Coast. There are a few small beaches within the bay itself with many more in nearby coves. However, no matter where you go you may be sure you will find a perfectly transparent, clean unpolluted sea.

The Villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbor. A boat and skipper can be hired on a daily basis allowing guests to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports.

A 20-minute drive will take you to Zlatni rat, one of the world’s most famous beaches, and the town of Bol, which has plenty to offer for those looking for entertainment and vibrant nightlife. There is a small restaurant near the villa, not even 50 meters away, with the possibility to organize food delivery so you could eat restaurant quality food at home!

The house is ideal for families and smaller groups. Its modern industrial style is combined with cladding in world-famous Brač stone. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious living room can accommodate an additional bed for two persons. Additional bed for children or an adult can also be placed in one of the bedrooms upon request. In a centrally placed atrium, you can enjoy a nice view of the starry sky and play a game of chess at the hand-made stone table with a chessboard. The house also has a pantry and an additional bathroom with a washing machine.

This amazing villa is located on the east side of island Brac, precisely in a small bay near the coastal village of Sumartin, just 30 meters away from a beach.
Accommodation in Villa: 5 bedrooms,

– 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom.
Villa can accommodate total of 12 persons.
