Villa offers accommodation for 10 people in 5 comfortable bedrooms.
There are two double bedrooms, two bedrooms have a three-quarter bed, and one bedroom has a three-quarter bed and a single bed. TVs with Sat TV, cable channels and a DVD player are also provided.

In the garden of the villa, guests can relax while the kids enjoy the swing and playing outside.
On the terrace there are ten garden chairs and deckchairs. Large garden and pool are surrounded by walls and offer barbecue and an outdoor dining. As the garden is enclosed, guests can enjoy their privacy.

The villa is suitable for children.
Pets are not allowed and the property is non-smoking.

Villa also has 6 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens (dishwasher, refridgerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dining area, four-ring stove, coffee machine), 5 air condition units throughout the house and 2 LCD TV’s. Villa also features a small fitness room and a sauna.
Guests also have on disposal: iron / ironing board / hair dryer / washing machine / fireplace / central heating / Wi-fi / bed linen and towels.

Parking is provided for the guests.

Renovated villa with pool for rent, near Rovinj: Villa is in the small Istrian village, 15 km from Rovinj, 5 km from Bale and 12 km from the coast, it is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. It consists of a main house for 8 people and a separate guest house for 2 more people. The houses are arranged around the beautiful garden with a pool.

The 2000 square meter site is fenced with a typical Istrian stone wall. On the left-hand side there is 70 m² cottage that has a bedroom with two double beds, a living room with a stone fireplace, a stylish country kitchen and a bathroom with shower / WC.

On the right is the main house, which is followed by the outdoor area with summer kitchen. Lighthouse, built in 1853. is located on the most distant islet of the small archipelago in front of Rovinj. This islet is actually a 70 x 50 meter rock with a relatively easily accessible shore and shallow waters, which makes it an ideal destination for families with children that would like to spend a Robinson Crusoe type of holiday.

The 23 m high lighthouse tower offers fabulous view. There are two four-bed apartments in the lighthouse building. The islet has a berth where smaller boats can be pulled out with a crane.
