The estate is built on a 3700m2 plot with a private olive grove and an orchard. The modern villa has 335m2 of living space with an additional 135m2 of terraces. Outside is a heated swimming pool (60m2) with hydro massage, an amazing outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a gym, showers and a toilet.

The interior of the house is spacious and has lots of light coming from two hue glass wall’s extending over the first two floors. The ground floor of this modern villa consists of a living room with a 3D glass fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and one bedroom with a toilet and a bathroom. The living room is 25 square meters and includes a sofa, flatscreen TV and a library. The kitchen consists of an oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, juicer, ice maker, freezer, water purifier.

The first floor of this modern villa consists of two more bedrooms with bathrooms and an entertainment area with a drink cooler, pool table, Playstation 4 and a sauna with an outdoor view. The house contains a total of 5 indoor and 2 outdoor bathrooms.

The third floor is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, a walk-in closet and the huge 90m2 roof terrace. Truly an amazing place to spend sunsets, enjoy the sunshine or gaze into the stars.
