It is situated 5 kilometers from the town of Vodice, and 12 kilometers from the town of Sibenik. This charming house is a perfect choice for those who want to spend their holidays in the natural ambient, in peace and quiet. It is away from the noise, cars, big crowds, and it is an ideal place to relax and recover from everyday stress and hustle. You will have a dream vacation in a peaceful, dalmatian ambient. Also, if you want to experience various activities like kayaking, hiking, walking trips, exploring the area, sailing, scuba-diving, etc, the town of Sibenik is right there, and to experience a great, summer, nightlife you can go to Vodice. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes walking distance from the house, and the center of Prvic is 10 minutes walking. The nearest restaurants, markets, coffee shops, and post office are approximately 0,5 km away from the villa. International Split airport is located 70 km away.

This sea view, spacious villa, built in a dalmatian way is furnished to provide comfort and a sense of luxury. It can accommodate up to 10 guests. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Each bedroom has a big, comfortable, double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, water kettle, etc. The living room features a flat-screen TV with cable channels. There is a beautiful terrace that offers an amazing sea view. The villa has a big, private, outdoor pool surrounded by sunbeds where you can relax and enjoy. There aren’t any houses around this property. It is surrounded only with beautiful nature. The whole place is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi, and secure parking for guests.

Maximum capacity for the house is 10 people, including children. Every person over the capacity of 10 people will pay 500€ per person
