In front of the villa is a land plot of 1200m2 with a 200m2 lawn. Villa is equipped with a heated pool (7x4x1.5m) next to which is a sunbathing area with deck chairs. There is also an outside shower and a 50m2 terrace. shared facilities include a children’s playground with a slide and a swing.

The interior of the villa is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you can find a living room with a dining area (60m2) equipped with a flat-screen Tv and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and a kettle. The villa also comes with a table football and ping pong table.

The first floor consists of a room with two beds (80x200cm), flat-screen Tv, second room with one French bed (160x200cm), flat-screen Tv, exit to the terrace and the third room with one French bed (160x200cm, flat-screen Tv, bathroom and an exit to the terrace.

On the second floor, you can find a room with one French bed (160x200cm), shower, flat-screen Tv.

Beautiful villa in Istria, with garden and pool is a semi-detached house, located in a tranquil area, about 2 km from Opatija, which abounds in restaurants, shops and cafes and is also located near the Nature Park Učka. We recommend excursions to the islands of the Kvarner Bay (Krk, Cres, Rab) and Istria, coast as well as inland, which have numerous attractions. There are premium vineyards, as well as sites known for famous Istrian truffles.

Villa (362 square meters) is newly built, furnished and fully air-conditioned. Living area of the villa (196 square meters terrace and balcony areas 106 square meters) consists of basement, ground floor and first floor.

In the basement which has a direct entrance to the villa there is a garage (60 square meters) with table tennis.  In the second part of the basement there is a fitness room with table soccer and billiard table, two bedrooms and a bathroom with washing machine.
In the first room there is a bed in size 200×200 cm and 140×200 cm in the second. Staircase leads into the lobby which consists of living room, surrounded by glass walls. The living room has a fireplace, corner sofa, satellite television. The kitchen is also a part of the living room (with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and a stove) and dining table for 10 people.
The ground floor also has a guest toilet.
On the first floor are three bedrooms. The first room has a bed size 160×200 cm, it is equipped with LCD TV, within it is also en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower with steam bath and chromo therapy, the room is surrounded by a terrace. The second room has two beds in size of 90×200 cm, this room also has a terrace, while the third bedroom has a bed 160×200 cm and a shared bathroom equipped with whirlpool tub.

Villa has its own spacious garden which is dominated by the large heated 28°-30° C swimming pool (32 square meters). It also has an outdoor shower, sunbathing area and rest, as well as a covered gazebo with barbecue. Villa has an alarm and video surveillance. Guests can use wireless Internet which is included in the price. Guests can also use tennis court, while the hydro pool and use of the sauna are at extra cost.
