This amazing villa with an extraordinary view is a perfect choice for those who want to relax in peace, and enjoy the sun and the sea, keep their privacy and avoid the noise and crowd, but yet be close to the touristic center full of activities. The town of Dubrovnik and the whole Dubrovnik area is really full of countless possibilities, amenities, beautiful beaches and attractions for everyone. Mokosica city center is 1 kilometer away from this property, and the Old Town of Dubrovnik is 3.7 kilometers away. The closest restaurant is 100 meters away, and the river Ombla is just right there, providing you a spectacular view. The nearest International airport is Dubrovnik airport, on a distance of 25 kilometers. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port that connects the mainland with many beautiful Dalmatian islands are only 7 kilometers from the villa.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 persons. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living and dining area, and an outside area with a swimming pool. All of the bedrooms air air-conditioned and have an SAT TV. There are three bathrooms with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and everything other that is necessary for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, and more. Ironing facilities and safe are on guests’ disposal. There are bicycles available for the guests with an additional charge. On the outside, there are furnished terrace and BBQ facilities. You can enjoy an amazing view of the river right in front of you. There is a big, outdoor swimming pool that is surrounded by sunbeds and parasols in the garden. Within the swimming pool, guests have an unheated massage tub on their disposal. The whole place is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi and provides free and secure parking.

The owners live on the 1st floor. They can take you in the car to the grocery store if needed. (Free of charge)
