The ground floor area is open plan and the entrance is directly into a small hallway and the kitchen/diner. The ground floor consist of a spacious living room and doorway leading to the terrace, kitchen – dinning room, shower room and a separate toilet. On this floor there are two bedrooms – one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils, tableware, glasses and cutlery. Dining table has sitting for 8 people.

Few steps from the kitchen lead into the spacious sitting room with satellite TV/DVD, two sofas, a coffee table and a beautiful fireplace. From this area doors lead to the terrace and outdoor living space consisting of pool with underwater LED lighting reflectors, sun beds around and a garden. Outdoor living space has a dinning table for 8 and a BBQ.

Inner staircase lead to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms. First bedroom has a charming balcony with views to the greenery around and a double bed. Second bedroom also has a double bed. On this floor, there is a large bathroom with bath tub.

The rooms with ceramic tiles have underfloor heating, and other rooms are equipped with first-class parquet floors and an indoor fireplace.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Parking is provided for the guests.
