On the hill there is saint Nicolas church 1 km away from the apartments, from where is the beautiful view of the settlement.

Stone house for rent near the sea, Vis island is a cozy home for rent located in a little settlement called Komiza. This great stone house is located in the historical core of the city and its only few meters away from the promenade and 30 meters away from the beaches and 3 minutes walk to the main beach in Komiza. Everything in this small settlement is within walking distance. Cozy stone house near the sea is renovated in year 2005. and it has 3 floors. This stone house for rent has a capacity of 6 -9 guests. On the ground floor there is cultivated garden for relaxing and socializing, it is great for experiencing life and energy of the island Vis. In the garden you can find furniture and relax in the great atmosphere. There is also a toilet and a small tavern with equipped kitchen and dinning room inside the tavern. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, toaster, coffe maker and an oven. This stone house has outside stone stairs that leads to the first floor and from the inside of the first floor there are wooden stairs which leads to the second floor of the house.
On the first floor there are two large double bed-bedrooms with one big bathroom. When climbing the wooden stairs on the second floor you can find there one double bed- bedroom, one tripple bed bedroom and a big bathroom.
Every bedroom in the house is equipped with aircondition. In the dining room there is a SATTV.
