Beautiful villa with pool on Drvenik Mali – Our beautiful villa 4-star villa with pool on Drvenik Mali island is a perfect choice for your vacation. It is situated just some 300 meters from the sea and 700 meters from the center of Drvenik Mali – island of exceptional beauty and many pebble and sandy beaches. The building was built in 1850 and was renovated in 2012.

Our beautiful island villa on Drvenik Mali is situated on a big property of 1200 m² and consists of 3 residential buildings. Villa has 400 m² and 3 bedrooms and offers accommodation for 6 people. It also has 3 bathrooms.
Main building consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, living room and bathroom. Spiral stairs take you to to the first floor where there is a big master bedroom and beautiful terrace with breathtaking view.

Smaller house number 1 is situated on the left side of the main central building. It has a big bedroom with double bed and bathroom.

Smaller house number 2 is situated on the right side of the main central building. It has one modern bedroom with double bed and bathroom.

A nice swimming pool is situated in the center of the property. From the pool you can enjoy the view to the sea and the island. Around the pool and in the yard there are deck chairs and umbrellas.

Villa is completely air conditioned. It has a SAT TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi. Kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. In the villa there is also a washing machine. Internet is not available, there is no signal. Smoking is allowed.

At extra cost we can arrange group or individual yoga classes in this villa with Yoga teacher from Ananda Yoga Studio Split.

Trogir is very well connected with the rest of the Europe through a good air network to Split’s airport. After you’ve reached Split, you can take a car or a bus, and you are in this beautiful old town within a few hours. You can also come with a boat, coming from the coastal cities of Italy, such as Ancona, Pescara, Bari or Venetia, and if you are coming to Trogir while cruising on your own boat, you will surely find a port for you to anchor in and enjoy, either the ACI Marina Trogir, Trogir Waterfront or on the island Ciovo waterfront.
