This amazing villa is located on the east side of island Brac, precisely in a small bay near the coastal village of Sumartin, just 30 meters away from a beach.

Owners are living in the backside of the house and will be at your disposal all the time, and will prepare your buffet breakfast every morning, which is included in the price. Also, everyday cleaning is included in the price.
Owners have speedboat for excursions to other islands. A day with a boat on Hvar island is about 700 EUR.
Villa is located in a quiet bay near the coastal village of Sumartin, east side of Brac island. Sumartin can be reached by a short 20 minutes ferry line from Makarska.
Villa is a step away from the cozy pebble beach.

Villa is located in a small and quiet place called Korušce, which is 24 km away from Split, surrounded by oak and pine forests and Mediterranean vegetation. It takes 30 minutes to get to Split using the highway. The beautiful landscape provides peace and quiet for a relaxing vacation away from the city noise and hustle. Newly built villa with large pool is the perfect place to spend your vacation. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1 outdoor bathroom. House is equipped with all house appliances, bed linens, and towels. There are three bedrooms in the villa and it can accommodate up to 8 people (6+2). The villa has 3 large bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning, safe and TV. The house has a total of 4 bathrooms, one in each room, one shared in the corridor, and one bathroom with a shower beside the pool. Traditional stone house for rent Krk island is a traditional house situated in a calm place and Mediterranean environment, decorated in rustical style combined with wooden beams. This great stone house gives you everything that you need for relaxation, surrounded by plants in the silent area, away from city rush, its the place where you can always enjoy your peace. Stone house is situated 3km away from the Malinska center and surrounding beaches. Beach Malin and Rova are 4,5 km away, which is not very far with bicycles (only 20min).
The bridge that connects island Krk with the mainland is 15 km away from the house. Airport Rijeka is also 15 km away, but it is possible to arrange a transfer service. The closest restaurant is 50 meters from the villa, and the closest shop is 100 meters far away.
