Modern villa with pool, Split center is located on city's famous hill, called Marjan, that represents the heart of the town. This hills and forests are the lungs of the city. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children under the age of 12). The property is 5 minutes walk from the beach, only 10 minutes from the Diocletian's Palace and numerous bars and restaurants with great local croatian food. The villa is completely modern equipped and decorated in artistic style. 

Outside the villa you will find a private garden with swimming pool, sundeck area, fireplace and BBQ facilities, dining area, children's playground and a spacious Jacuzzi. 

Villa's interior consists of three en-suite bedrooms, two of them with a large double bed, one of them with three single beds. Inside the villa is a large, bright living room with a sofa bed where 2 guests can sleep and it is connected with kitchen and dining area with direct access to the garden.
