The island of Hvar

The island of Hvar is located in the Adriatic sea in the central part of Croatia’s Dalmatia. It is the fourth island by its size, also called the “sunny island” due to the many hours of sunshine in the year, almost 2800. The local hoteliers take pride in this, so if it happens that it snows on Hvar, your stay there is for free, however, this is a bet you are sure to loose. Luckily, there is some rain that enabels the production of beautiful greens and nature, especially lavander, sage, rosemary, thyme and some vineyards. Lavander actually happens to be one of the symbols and main exports of the island, so make sure to explore this beautiful plant on Hvar.

Lovely seaview holiday villa near pebble beach, Hvar is a small holyday house close to one of the nicest pebble beaches on the south coast of the Hvar island. It is suitable for 4-6 people. You’ll have enough privacy on your holidays because the owners don’t live in the house. In the offer are included Wi-Fi internet connection and a mooring for a boat.
House is air-conditioned during hot seasons and heated in cold days. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Living room has a large couch that can be converted to another double bed. There is also a large dining table, TV, radio and DVD player.
The kitchen is completely equipped (also with oven, dishwasher, deep freezer). The bathroom has a shower, however, you can also take a shower in the yard on your way back from the beach. On the south part of the house there is a large terrace with a sea view where you can bask in the sun. It is especially nice in the morning or in the afternoon when it is covered by tree shade, but you can also open a sunshade during the day.

Villa is surrounded by a shady Mediterranean garden, where you can rest even during the hottest summer day, because a century-old pine trees provide enough shadow. In the garden there is also a stone open-air barbecue for preparing meals. Washing machine for londery is situated in the cellar.
Behind the house there is a private parking place for 2 cars.
