Viganj is a small town in the southwest of the Pelješac Peninsula, 7 km from Orebić, 15 minutes by boat from the ancient town of Korčula, 128 km from the beautiful Dubrovnik, set aside in a quiet, natural setting, without excessive amounts of traffic of cars, without a lot of bars and cafes. The vicinity of beautiful towns and sights will make your stay in Viganj substantial and sufficient distance to allow the crowd to quiet, relaxing vacation.
If you are a fan of mountain biking, slopes of St. Elijah are ideal for you. There are miles of groomed and semi-groomed trails that can be used to enjoy this sport. You can get information at the tourist office and seek assistance at local mountain trails to experience the mountain completely. Hiking and trekking are a challenge for the guests who come to Viganj. There are only a few places in Dalmatia, where you can hike to the top of mountains and afterward take your mountaineering equipment off and swim in the sea – on the same day. Visit the Mountaineers Club in Orebic, find out about the trails, and see the mountain guide. Top of St. Elijah is a wonderful experience, and the view for miles around you will remember all your life.

Viganj is also a famous surfer’s location. It is one of the most attractive surf destinations in Croatia. If you want to learn to surf or dive, school of surfing and diving will satisfy your appetite.
