This waterfront villa with pool Ciovo can accommodate up to 8 people (6+2). It is a perfect blend of tradition and luxury. The house consists of 4 elegant bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy, two of them have a big, double bed, one has a single bed, and the fourth room has 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern and needed appliances, refrigerator, oven, stove, water kettle, microwave, dishwasher and more. There is also a dining area and a living area indoor. In front of the villa, there are two terraces of 90 m2. One of them is covered and has a seating area. On the other one, under olive trees, there is furniture with small tables where you can relax. In front is an outdoor pool surrounded with deck chairs. There is also a covered stone barbecue with a large bar. This beautiful villa is surrounded by a low stone wall and olive trees, figs, lemons, and oranges. Next, to the beach, there is a stone pier where you can dock with a smaller boat. The waterfront villa with pool Ciovo is located in an area that has no connection to electricity, therefore electric supply is provided with a solar panel. Water is used from a water tank, and for the cooking there is gas. The whole villa is air-conditioned and provides free Wi-Fi through the object. Split Airport is only 10 min drive away from apartment and Split city is located around 30 minutes driving from the apartment. Size of the apartment is 120 m2 and it has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms come with a queen bed, one with two twin beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room. Apartment accommodates a total of 7 guests. It has a kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, refrigerator, etc. It has one fully equiped bathroom.

Free WiFi is provided in the apartment. It provides air-conditioned accommodation and it has a balcony and terrace. Free and secure parking is accessible. This apartment is also pet friendly, pets are allowed on request!

The location of the apartment is excellent. There are many things to see nearby like The Cathedral, Radovan’s Portal, town museum, Kamerlengo Castle. There is a beach in the neighborhood.
