Villa with pool for rent, Labin, Istria is a modern, two floors American style house with a total size of 130 m2 suitable for 8 people (3 bedrooms with king-sized beds, one sofa bed- sleeps 2), overlooking the old town of Labin, situated on one of the many hills in the surroundings.

On the first floor of the house, there is a large living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room, bathroom, and one bedroom. On the upper floor of the house are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Beside the house, there is a covered terrace with a table for ten persons, an outdoor grill and a seasonal swimming pool of 48 m2.

For a relaxed and comfortable stay at the pool, there is eight large sun loungers, umbrellas and a sun umbrella for the vacation, and for the youngest visitors a sliding house. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful 1700 m2 garden, fully enclosed by a natural hedgerow and lawn with an automatic irrigation system.

Only 3 km from Villa there is a famous tourist village Rabac as well as the historic town of Labin.

Rabac is famous for its natural beaches, the crystal clear sea, the pine forest and the rich tourist content, while in Labin, in addition to the historical sights, there are shopping centers, pharmacies, green market and health center as well as other public facilities needed for a safe and peaceful vacation.

The largest town in Istria, Pula, is only 40 km away from us, and its historical monuments dating from the Roman Empire are delighted by every visitor. In addition to Pula, there are also the most famous tourist destinations in Istria – Poreč (60 km), Rovinj (50km), and one of the largest cities in Croatia, Rijeka, is only 65 km away.

This beautiful five star villa consists of two apartments on two floors. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with sauna and a Jacuzzi. The spacious living room has an indoor fireplace, providing the guests with a warm, domestic atmosphere. Upstairs there is one bedroom with bathroom and another living room with exit to the pool area.

Villa has 240 square meters of living space and 780 square meters of garden. Vila consists of:

• 100 square meters with 30 square meters terrace, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with sauna, guest toilet, living room with fireplace, kitchen, pantry, terrace, air conditioning.
• Apartment (for guests or servants) approx 39 square meters, with bedroom, kitchen and living room, bathroom, 2 air conditioning
• Swimming pool with waterfall 4×8 meters, shower, pavilion and terrace approximately 150 square meters
• Tavern 40 square meters, equipped with billiard table, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, bathroom, pantry, toilet, air-conditioned

Villa has a nice view of the old town of Labin and is located in Ripenda near Rabac, Labin is situated approximately 2 km from Rabac. The sea is approximately 3 kilometers away.

Property fully completed in 2005. Fenced, gate with remote conditioning, alarm clock with alarm, camera, light to move around the entire facility.

Relax in the shade of the two pavilions on the fully fenced plot. In the immediate vicinity is a local road that is separated by high walls from the plot. In the tavern with a fireplace, summer kitchen and a billiard table you will surely spend incredible moments throughout your holiday!
