The village is surrounded by lovely trails and cycle routes through vineyards and hills and is a wonderful place of relaxation. Food and wine is very cheap and available on your request.

The villa is in the relative vicinity of Porec, a town renowned since the times of the Roman Empire. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and facing the Mediterranean Sea, the villa offers spectacular views. The entire house is on one level. There are no stairs.

Villa has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and a third one has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have air-conditioning cooling/heating and African parquet. There are 2 bathrooms, one master bathroom with shower, wc and bidet and a smaller ensuite bathroom. In the kitchen you can find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, fridge, freezer, a toaster, coffee machine, a heating water machine and a washing machine. In the living room are 2 sofa beds for 6 person. There is a fire place and a dining table for 8 persons. Villa has a big 50″ plasma TV+ a home cinema with many preloaded movies. There are also quite a few satellite programs.

Bedlinen, bath and pool towel sets are provided for your use. Extra service may be requested upon your wishes. Cot is available on your request.

The swimming pool and the garden (900 m2 with a very old olive tree) are maintained once a week. Pool is suitable for children but they must be supervised around pool area. Swimming pool size is 8×4 m x 1.6 m with automatic cleaning system. Terrace is covered and is equipped with table and 6 very comfortable wooden chairs. 6 deck wooden chairs are available near the swimming pool. Several meters beside is a barbecue.

Car rental is essential. Private parking is on the property. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but only outside. Safe is available for your valuables. Cold drink water is available and free.

Porec city is 10km from the house with many beaches and beautiful clear water. Porec has a very old roman town and basilica. From there you can easily visit Venezia by fast boat.

Magic Holiday Villa for Rent, Kastelir, Istria – the ground floor of House is dominated by a spacious living room with a fireplace. Reclined comfortably in the antique armchairs, the guests will enjoy the view of the gallery and the grand wood furnished ceiling. As all the other rooms of the house, the living room is furnished with antique restored furniture while the massive hardwood flooring is made from decade old oak. The kitchen and dining room are dominated by a massive kitchen sink made from a single block of stone and each of the ceramic tiles on the kitchen wall is unique and manufactured by hand.
Lavender is the predominant color of the gym and spa area where the sauna and the whirlpool are located and where you can relax all your senses after an invigorating steam bath.
On the first floor  there are 3 double bedrooms with bathrooms respectively and each of the bedrooms has direct access to a balcony. If you desire to read a book or simply enjoy the view of the living room and the fireplace you can lounge on the gallery, in one of its luxurious armchairs.

Built as a traditional rural dwelling, this spacious house possesses two balconies accessible from the bedrooms located on the first floor. The interior, of the House differs from the other three houses of the Villa, even at first glance. The snow white color of the walls and the ceilings, complimented by oak hardwood floors also painted in white, opposes the blue details painted in the color of the Adriatic Sea.
The massive stone kitchen sink, model ships and depictions of the Adriatic fishermen as they once were will remind you that the Istrian land is as much Mediterranean and littoral as it is continental.
The quaint romance of the attic bedrooms gives the most intimate House 2 a special charm.

Other than by its interior, the House od skute differs from the other houses by its external appearance as well. Although smallest by interior space, it is the only one built with two floors.

What differentiates the House 3 from the other houses of the resort is that it consists of two suits, intended for accommodating small families or couples, and a communal area. Each of the suits is located on its own floor which ensures the intimacy and privacy for the guests. Also, the two suits differ in size.
The A suite is intended for accommodating 2 people with the possibility of accommodating 2 extra persons upon request.
The B suite is intended for accommodating 4 people with the possibility of accommodating 2 extra persons upon request.
The interior of the House hides the cool and bountifully stocked wine cellar, where you will be able to spend many pleasant moments, even aside from the wine tasting.
If you desire to enjoy the spa and saunas in good company, other than the one in the house of your stay, you have, at your disposal, the large spa & gym in the communal area of the House, where each of the guests of the Villi resort is welcome to relax and work out as well as use any of the facilities.
This house also holds the reception, which is the place of the guest’s first contact with the Villa . The grand dining room with the covered patio is ideal for bigger parties and can seat all the guests of the resort if necessary.
Last but not least, should you wish to play a game of cards, checkers or chess, or simply relax and enjoy a good book, the open gallery with the library, located on the first floor, will give you the quiet sanctuary you long for.
As the interior of the House hides different interest spots for the more active guest, it’s surroundings as well, represent the place for the guests gathering.
