This spacious, beautiful villa is situated in a small, peaceful place called Plat that is located between Dubrovnik and Cavtat. It is a perfect place to enjoy and come for a seaside holiday and relax along a lovely, pebble beach far away from the crowd and noise, yet close to Dubrovnik. The town of Dubrovnik often called the pearl of Adriatic and a paradise on Earth is only about 15 kilometers away from this villa, around 15 minutes drive away with a car. This beautiful town offers a wealth of attractions, possibilities and activities, restaurants, historical locations, museums, and so much more. The town of Cavtat, one of the most beautiful towns in Croatia, is only 6.5 kilometers away from here. It is known for its pretty, pebbly beaches, and has an amazing waterfront promenade where you can find great restaurants, ATMs, bank, post office, pharmacy, bakeries, or anything else you may need. The closest beach is only 300 meters away. The nearest airport is Dubrovnik Airport, 8.6 km away from the property. There is a bus stop 800 meters from the villa, and from the town of Dubrovnik, you can visit one of the various islands.

This luxury, amazing villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room area, kitchen and outside area with a pool. Three bedrooms have big, comfortable, cozy, large double beds, and two bedrooms have single beds. All of the bedrooms have access to the balcony and terrace and are overlooking the sea. A spacious living room area features flat-screen SAT TV and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and dining area for 10 people. The washing machine and a dryer are at guest disposal. On the outside, there is a big, outdoor, infinity swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, sun umbrellas, and BBQ facilities. The whole place is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi and provides 3, secure parking places for the guests.
