Beautiful beachfront house for rent Pakoštane Zadar.  House is situated in a small place in Dalmatia, at the very center of the Adriatic coast, 30 km from Zadar (halfway between Zadar and Sibenik) on the seafront with swimming pool and a garden in front of the house, extending all the way to the sea. There is a possibility of boat mooring as well.   The residential floor has a spacious terrace with a panoramic sea view on the Kornati archipelago islands. Parking is secured.

The ground floor has access to a large terrace and an open fireplace.   Located on this floor is a “Konoba”, a traditional dalmatian tavern with open fireplace and storage cellar for wine. Konoba is connected with 70 m2 terrace with outside fireplace as well. Nearby is a dedicated boiler room with laundry facilities.
