The plot of this villa contains 450m2 large garden with 2 private parking places. Villa is surrounded by greenery with view on the green park, nice orchard and a bit of the sea. The distance from the sea is 2 km.
On the ground floor of the villa there is an open space hallway, living room, dining room,  kitchenette and kitchen- completely facing the glass rooftop and swimming pool. On the ground floor there are also 1 double bedroom with king size bed 200x180cm (such as all beds) with its own bathroom. There are also washing machine, kettle and small service toilet. The internal stairs lead to the upper floor where there are 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a French balcony. Villa can accommodate 8 people +2 (sofa beds).
2/4 rooms have TV, 1/4 rooms have a safe.
Heating/cooling is solved by a heat pump so that each room can regulate its temperature.
The sun deck is equipped with 8 sun loungers, a shower with a solar water heater, 37m2 swimming pool with comfortable pool stairs. The outdoor terrace between the house and the pool is equipped with a lounge set for 8 persons, a grill and a sink.
There is also Automatic night garden watering and automatic ambient lamps around the house and inside the pool.

Novigrad Marina is 2.1 km, Mandrac City Harbour is 2.5 km away.
