Our villa stretches over the area of 600 m², 300 of which is located indoors. The two-floor villa is fully equipped and designed exclusively for relaxing.

Villa has a modern kitchen with a kitchen island and all the necessary appliances. The entire area is naturally lit and leaves a sense of home. The living room is surrounded by windows, but at the same time offers a sense of privacy. Adding to this luxury is a fully equipped gym with a shower, and, after a hard workout, you can find a relaxing oasis in the Finnish sauna. To complete the fun, the villa offers a room with a billiard table where you can play and hang out.

There are three spacious bedrooms upstairs which are designer-equipped with king-size beds, as well as a bedroom downstairs which is suitable for persons with disabilities. Each bedroom has its own equally glamorous bathroom with a walk-in shower and accompanying accessories (towels, shampoos, hair drier, etc). The upper floor has a spacious terrace that offers a beautiful and unforgettable view of Makarska as well as the islands of Brač, Hvar, and the Pelješac peninsula. Villa can accommodate up to 8 people + 1 person on the additional bed.

The nearest beach is located 900 meters away and Makarska’s main square is 1,5 km away.

What will truly leave you breathless is the area surrounding the villa. A beautiful, 70 m² infinity pool with heating option and a jacuzzi make this house truly special. There is also an outdoor dining area with a fireplace where you can enjoy a glass of fine wine and Dalmatian cuisine during those long summer nights. Villa has 4 modern bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is exclusively furnished with high-quality furniture throughout the house with a modern underfloor heating system. The house has 3 parking spaces, one of which is the garage. WiFi is available in the villa.

A damage deposit of 600€ is due on arrival day and returned at departure if no damage is done to the villa.
