Villa near the sea in privacy, Drvenik, Croatia : Villa is located on the shore of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea (30 m from the sea), on the island of Drvenik Veli, 3,5 km from the small town of Drvenik.

Villa spreads on the private ground of 8.500 square meters. The whole area of the property is surrounded by stone walls that, besides the beautiful visual atmosphere, provide maximum privacy to its visitors. Villa is located in a pine forest very close to a beautiful secluded pebble beach which is suitable for children and the elderly because of the simple access. Younger guests can enjoy jumping from the surrounding rocks and the constant flow ensures crystal clear water that is good for swimming. Further away, on the open see, enthusiasts can enjoy the most varied species of fish and a beautiful sea rock bottom.

Villa consists of 4 bedrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom), number of beds 8, and it can accommodate 8 people.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances needed in a modern household. From the kitchen you can directly access a half-sheltered atrium area of 90 square meters, with massive tables and benches 4 meters long. Atrium can serve as a living room in the open and offers a place for BBQ. Balcony of 12 square meters, which can be reached from the living room, is equipped with seating set of superior design and offers a spectacular view to the south and west, so it is very relaxing to enjoy the remarkable sunsets. The living room also has access to a terrace of 40 square meters, which is the sunniest part of the house as it faces south.

Bedrooms (two), which are directly connected to the main part of the villa, have beds measuring 180×200 cm and 160×200 cm, wardrobes and chest drawers. The other 2 bedrooms, which have a separate entrance from the atrium, are equipped with 180×200 cm beds, wardrobes and chest drawers. Bedrooms have an oak rustical floor of superior quality that provides thermal insulation.

En suite bathrooms, 4 in total, have spacious showers (110×100 cm) and provide great comfort during their use.

Living room (35 square meters) is set as the central part of the house and connects the terrace, balcony, kitchen and atrium. It’s equipped with a large leather sofa, cabinet, fireplace, satellite LCD TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet and stereo unit. View of the west and south, which extends from the living room is spectacular both during the day and night. Large doors that open to the balcony ensure complete openness of the living room to the west.

Villa is not air conditioned because it has 45 cm thick walls and the roof is insulated to the best standards, so conventional machine air conditioning is not required.

Private parking is provided within the property for 5 or more cars.

Minimum stay in July and August is 7 days.

Two old stone ruined houses for sale, located in Drvenik Veliki. The footprint surface of both houses is 82 m2. Property of villas is surrounded by a fence made of stone, and Villa extends over three floors; ground floor, first and second.
