<p>Houses are together 192 sq.m. of footprint, on two floors, need complete renovation and completion. There is garage and commercial space on the ground floor, there is interior yard. Houses are in the center of Drnis.</p>
<p>Sibenik is a historic city located in the central part of the Croatian coast on the Adriatic sea where the beautiful river Krka flows into the Adriatic. It is a centre of the county of Sibenik and Knin and it extends along the 100 km long coastline from Zadar to Split while laying under the Dinara mountain in the hinterland area. The city is different from other cities on the coast because it was founded by Croats and not by Greeks, Illyrians or Romans, meaning it is the oldest native Croatian city on the Adriatic. For a while, Sibenik was a seat for the Croatian king Kresimir the fourth so it is sometimes called the Kresimir’s city. Sibenik’s rich history and appearance was influenced by Venice, Byzantium and Hungary who were tossing Sibenik around in the 11th and 12th centuries, and in the 14th century, the hinterland of Sibenik accomodated the Vlachs. Today, Sibenik has good connections to the surrounding areas, all due to its good road traffic position, and the air traffic which is available from Split’s Kastela Airport (45 km away) or Zadar’s Zemunik Airport (50 km away).<br />
When Sibenik was given the official status of a town in the 13th century, the construction of today’s symbol of Sibenik began, the cathedral of St. Jacob. This cathedral in under protection of UNESCO since 2000, due to how unique and complex the construction of the same was. Besides this cathedral, there is a number of churches to explore in Sibenik, some of which have been transformed into galleries, museums or other spaces. The city centre is, just as other Dalmatian centres, characterized by the narrow Mediterranean streets and old houses.</p>

Very close, there is a traditional Dalmatian tavern, offering traditional Dalmatian meals, made form ecologicaly grown food, and of course good wines, that completes the flavors and scents of the menu.</p>

<p align="justify">One of the famous Dalmatian traditional product is  Pršut &#8211; prosciutto (smoked ham) from Drniš, as the most respected Prsut in Croatia thanks to original and traditional production process that is now under protection as Original Croatian product. It was served even on the British Royal Court.  Host will offer you original Drnis prosciutto from their own production which won many prizes. Best complement to Prsut is cheese, either cow or sheep, and the bread baken under the Peka, known from ancient times.</p>
<p align="justify">One of the most known meals of this area are meat baken under the Peka ( lamb, veal, chicken) with potatoes, and various cooked meals.</p>
<div align="justify">Food is here always fresh natural, prepared on the ancient receipes preserved even today. You will be offered a glass of good wine, prepared from grapes grown in their own wineyards, preserved for wine fans with special treatment. Hosts are specially proud of great collection of homemade rakija (alcoholic drink like Italian grappa,cca. 40% of alcohol) with herbs, honey, wild nuts and cherry liquor) very aromatic and rich flavor.</div>

<p>Depending on the season, your hosts can improve your stay with various activities.</p>
<p>In spring, harvesting wild herbs, in the summer harvesting figs, nuts, cherries and other season fruits and vegetables.Depend of part of the year your staying at their farm can be spent with quite a lot of activities.</p>
<p>End of September or beginning of October they organise the traditional grape harvest.</p>
<p>During the entire year on clear nights they organise astronomical observations of the sky which often last until dawn! If you are a fan of such activities of you wish to take a look trough the telescope for the first time, you have the opportunity to do so here at the farm  with the guidance of an experienced astronomer, who can take you into the world of distant galaxies and answer the questions you might have.In cooperation with our agency, we can organise trips to National Park Krka or National Park Kornati, as the farm is in nearby to the National Park Krka river. Or if you wish to take a walk trough the village, and  learn about the history and present of the village and villagers, your hosts will gladly acquaint you with every corner of this area.</p>
