Vacation house with sea view for rent, Solta is located in a small, fishing settlement in the central Dalmatia in the Adriatic sea. Solta is famous as the island of good wine and olives. The untouched nature is enriched with Mediterranean plants and trees, crystalline sea and beautiful hidden bays where you can feel the joy of summer holiday in Croatia. A garden full of greenery is surrounding the house where you can find various kinds of herbs. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and it is divided in two apartments. Solta will assure time well spent relaxing and tanning on the sun near the beach, however, if you are looking for a bit more active holiday, the island has other things to offer as well.

In front of the house is a stone fireplace, large enough to do a hog roast and a covered seating area. A terrace can be found in this nice house and you can enjoy in magnificent sea view. Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a single bed. The interior features also a living room in each unit with sofa beds. The house is very well furnished and equipped with everything you might need.

Free WI-FI and air conditioning throughout the property. Parking place is available.

Beautiful house with private pier and sea view, Šolta island: This beautiful house is located in an idyllic cove called Donja Krušica, near Donje Selo on Šolta island and it is a place to be if you are seeking for a quiet and peaceful vacation. Donja Krušica can be reached by road Rogač – Grohote – Donje Selo and than through the narrow road to the cove.  There are no caffees, restaurants or shops in this place, so you will have to come with your supplies.

The small harbor is filled with few fishing boats that add to the charm of this peaceful and relaxing place.

The house consists of three separate apartments, and all of them have separate entrance.

First two apartments are one above the other, and they both have a possibility to accommodate 4+1 persons. The apartment in the ground floor has a terrace, and the first floor apartment has a balcony with a sea view.

The third apartment has one bedroom with 2 beds (convertible into double) and additional sofa bed, and there is also a small terrace in front of this apartment so you can enjoy your first morning coffee outside.

All the apartments are air conditioned and have TV’s. For season 2016 Wi-Fi will be available.

House has beautiful outside living area; dinning table, barbecue, swing and a small summer kitchen. For children, there is a trampoline and swings in the garden. Below the house you can find entertainment room with table tennis, table soccer and darts.

Beach is only 10 meters away, and only the guests of this house can use it. Privacy is guaranteed.

Parking is provided for the guests.
