The ground floor of this sea view villa contains two bedrooms. First bedroom comes with a double bed (1.8x2m) and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds (1x2m) and a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the first floor you can find another bedroom with a double bed (1.6x2m), a bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room. The first floor also has a spacious 60m2 terrace from which you can enjoy a stunning view of Krk island and the sea.

Crikvenica is a town located some 32km southeast of Rijeka. It is well known for its mild climate and clean air. There is also a lovely beach there which is over 1 mile long. Crikvenica’s name comes from the Croatian for church – crkva (or crikva in local dialect) – as a church was built in this location in the 14th century. The town’s growth really came about in the late 19th century as it developed into a popular tourist resort, near to the large port of Rijeka. A harbor was built here in 1877 and a bathing beach followed in 1888.
