This luxury villa can be rented as a whole house and as 3 different apartments. It consists of 3 fully equipped kitchen and living rooms, four bathrooms and washrooms, balconies and large terraces, with a sea view. You can find a pebble beach about 800 meters from the villa.
There is a restaurant in the center of the settlement, and a grocery store which works in the summer is very close to the villa, around 200 meters away.

The villa can be reached very easily by car; the separate private parking lot is at the disposal for our guests, free of charge.

It is possible to rent separate apartments in July as well. In August only the entire villa may be rented.

The living room is complete with a large pull out sofa & chairs & TV entertainment system. A bedroom with a double bed complete with balcony & ensuite is situated on this floor.

On the second attic floor is the master bedroom with a king sized bed, ensuite & balcony which has views across the national reserve land & down to village & port. There are 2 other bedrooms both with queen size beds sharing a bathroom on this floor.

The pool depth is 1.6m, with an outdoor shower & reclining wooden pool loungers. The outdoor built in stone BBQ is on the lower terrace complete with outdoor bar fridge surrounded by a large dining table & sofa chairs.

The entire perimeter is fenced in & hedged to provide complete privacy. Villa has off street parking.
