Villa with private pool for rent, Istria is a modern property located outside the city, surrounded by natural beauties of the largest peninsula in the Adriatic sea. The villa is a part of a big complex of villas in this area. This place is not crowded with tourists so you will be able to interact with locals and learn more about their culture and life. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and it is well equipped with all necessities.

In front of the villa, in the large, beautiful garden is a private pool measuring 4 x 8m and with depth of 1.2-1.4m and a covered terrace. There you will also find an outdoor shower, deck chairs, parasol, barbecue area and a dining table. The whole property is walled so privacy and safety are ensured.

The villa features 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor is a living room that has a direct access to the pool, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There you will also find 2 en-suite bedrooms with large double beds. The upper floor consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms with king size beds. The villa has a small room with a washing machine and a boiler. At your disposal is a playstation, LCD TV with satellite reception, DVD player, underfloor heating etc..

Free WI-FI and air conditioning throughout the property.
Parking place for 2 cars.
Pets are allowed.

Holiday Villa for rent Barban Istria offers its visitors an experience of indigenous ways of our ancestors life. Most houses in the village are about two hundred years old. This is a great facility consisting of three renovated stone houses with swimming pool. The property is surrounded by a broad wall, and offers guests a unique privacy during the holidays. The interior is decorated in typical Istrian style, using wood and stone which gives this villa special charm and glamour.

There are local playgrounds for basketball, handball, volleyball and badminton as well as a playground for children (swings, slide, see-saw and sandpit) located 150 meters from the villa and is available to guests free of charge.

Barban with its surrounding area offers great opportunities for alternative activities such as driving a quad, Adrenalin park, bike paths, walking trails, horseback riding, riding school, water sports etc. It is the right place for your big holiday and an unforgettable gathering.

Villa offers accommodation for 16-18 people and is divided in three houses.

House 1

Up to 8 people (4 bedrooms)

Equipment: Kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV, coffee maker, air conditioning, hot and cold water.

House 2

For 4-6 persons (two bedrooms and two extra beds in the living room)

Attractive Holiday Villa Barban Istria consists of 3 houses which are settled on spacious ground of 3000 square meters. Villa accommodates a total of 20 guests.

House 1 (198 square meters)
It is suitable for 8 persons – on the ground floor you will find living/dinning room with open fireplace, kitchen with table for 8 and bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with it’s own bathroom with shower/wc. On the top floor are two twin bedrooms. In the front of the house is a large terrace and among other facilities there is also a satellite TV.

House 2 (156 square meters)
There is a living/dinning room with open fireplace, kitchen and one twin bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with it’s own bathrooms. This house has a nice terrace.

House 3 (56 square meters)
Accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with living/dinning room on the ground floor. There is a terrace in front of this house as well.

During the stay you can enjoy swimming pool (4×10 m) and houses have BBQ area and parking space for more than 5 cars.

Registration and tax is included in the price.
