We have been looking for a house in beautiful Croatia for two years, primarily on Peljesac or Korcula. The first year we met several brokers in the quest for the right house – we met Marija from Luxury Croatia and directly found her sincere and warm. The next year we selected her and another broker to look at almost twenty houses. Marija is great and said her honest opinion about the houses and she understood our needs and wishes. We bought a house in Korcula through Marija and Luxury Croatia. She has helped and still helps us throw the process with the bureaucracy in Croatia( which is extensive). As a foreigner it is not easy to buy a house in a country where you do not speak the language and away from where you live.
We highly recommend Luxury Croatia and Marija for her honesty, opinions, recommendations and connection to various people you will need during and after you purchased a house in Croatia.

Purchasing land plot on Ciovo Trogir would be total stress without Marija’s help. Her knowledge and professional relationship were precious in dealing with all obstacles in process. Marija connected us with lawyer to prepare all paperwork, with architect to redesign project of construction, with geometer, construction company and all other relevant administration bodies and institutions. She did a lot more tasks than ordinary broker do. Marija resolved situations with neighbors and protected our interests in all possible ways. All this would not be possible without her persistence and readiness to cope with all situations and to resolve any issues. I highly recommend Marija and her agency LuxuryCroatia as top class broker!

I’m very happy to have bought this little house on Vis island through LuxuryCroatia agency and I make a lot of plans now for renovation. Maria helped me with all paperwork, connected me with lawyer for purchase process and with architect for renovation works and helped me with access road approval from neighbors. Marija is very professional, and well organized and was with me until the end of purchase process, and far more after that.

Oxa is absolutely the best host I have EVER had – she is sooo caring, loving, warm and helpful. Showing me around, giving me tips, helping me with everything you can imagine. I really didn’t expect that and just wanna THANK YOU for all that you have done for me. And the location is absolutely outstanding- without words. It is located in Agar, surrounded by ancient greeks parcels witch gives a real special flair to everything – and it is perfect to walk with the dog. I gave there a women workshop for the first time and my participants and me where just falling in love with that wonderful dreamland- full of magical moments and a wonderful atmosphere- sometimes we felt like in Frida Khalo – Land Next time I will give more workshops and seminaries there and looking already forward to it. You really have to visit this beautiful cottage on Hvar island.

This cottage is a dreamy place to stay at! It is located in the middle of a protected landscape of world heritage. We stayed there with a dog and mostly used 1 out of three stone houses, there is more than enough space for 4 people. Everything is just as nice as the pictures! The garden is fenced with a big stone wall and closed with sliding doors. This cottage is a real treat for the senses.
Lavander, sage and rosemary excrete a wonderful smell and the flower bouquets attract lots of butterflies. There are cosy beds under the thick trees, my favorite place to escape from the afternoon heat. The swimming pool is well maintained with cristaly clear, sweet water. The landscape is divided in fields of ancient stone walls. Partly ruinous but pretty and wild, partly planted with lavander, olives, wines or vegetables. New buildings are not allowed in this area and small stone houses are restored. Starigrad and Vrboska are only 10 minutes away with a bicycle, both are wonderful old ferry ports. Starigrad is the oldest ferry port on the island and with its narrow streets, old stone houses and a wonderful ferry port, it’s surely a place to remember! We had a wonderful, very careful hostes who was there for us, showed us the most beautiful beaches and took us to the parking lot with shaded roofs for the cars- this allowed us to hop to the market while the dog waited shortly in the car with open windows. It is a wonderful place, I will send all my friends here and I’m surely coming back!

My family always wanted to visit Croatia and its islands. With the help of Luxury Croatia team we finally got the chance to do it!

We have aranged a house with pool in Šolta during mid september. The beach was closeby and it was perfect for our kids. My wife and I could enjoy the beautiful sun while the kids played around in the sea.

Split is also nearby, only 40 minutes of ferry ride from the island. It’s a nice city with acient and amazing history, and even more amazing people.

I stayed at this villa with a group of friends in early September. It was a great experience. We had a private tennis court that we used, and we enjoyed grilling a lot. We also rented a boat to explore the surroundings. Fair price for 14 persons villa with pool and tennis court!

Myself and my family stayed here in August this year 2018. for one week.
Did we had a nice time? No…we had a fantastic time! This is an old
stone built villa with a guest house attached. Both accommodations are
well furnished. And there are two kitchens, one upstairs in the Villa
itself and a “Summer” kitchen at ground level which is ideal in the
summer months when you are using the areas outside for
eating..drinking..and relaxing. This is where we spent most of our time.
There are lovely large grounds full of fruit trees, all of which we
could make use of. We cannot forget the lovely swimming pool where our
grandchildren spent quite some time throughout the day and in the
evenings as the pool has lights. The location of villa meant we had many
places of interest to visit but a car is essential especially if you
want to visit Dubrovnik. There is also a lovely beach within walking
distance of the villa but beware of the many steps you have to go down,
and not forgetting of course the vineyards with free wine tasting! All
in all we had a great time.
