Great for family holidays or for groups of friends who want to hang out … located within the walls it is great for families with children, who can play quietly in the yard. This compound of modern architecture and historical area gives Villa enviable position in its surrounding. At the second floor there are two double bedrooms each with bathroom and two single rooms. Above that floor you are reaching separate apartment with a living room area, double bedroom with bathroom and a kitchenette.

On the back side of the villa there is second apartment which you can enter through the main building of the villa but also has a special entrance from the courtyard. This apartment consist of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a gallery with a large king bed.

With its capacity and building shape Villa can accommodate 10 guests on the main beds but also up to 4 more guests on the pull-out sofas.

Historical Kotor listed as UNESCO heritage is 10 minutes driving from Villa Dane while Tivat airport is 40 minutes driving from Villa.
